What to include in a support request

To help us respond quickly, please include:

Your device and Android version (for example, "Pixel 7, Android 15").
The app version shown on the app's settings screen.
What you were doing when the issue happened, and what you expected to see.
Any error message shown, in your own words or a screenshot.

Please do not email your Form 16, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, or any sensitive documents — we never need them to help, and they are best kept off email.

Privacy & data deletion

You can delete your account and data from within the app at any time. Our privacy policy explains what data is collected and how it is handled. If you have a privacy question, email support@maxleaf.in.
